888ein Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules for All Users

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 888ein, available at 888ein.net, including all of its products — Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, poker, jackpots, and all other modes. By registering, logging in, depositing, placing bets, or using any feature on the platform, the user confirms they have read and fully accepted these Terms.

888ein reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Whenever material changes are made, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The version currently in force is always the one published on this page, with the last update date indicated at the top of the document.

These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and by the Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form an integral part of the agreement between the user and 888ein.

2 Eligibility

To create and use an account on 888ein, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be included in any gambling self-exclusion lists — including the RENAJUD registry or equivalent state-level systems where applicable;
• Not be an employee, partner, commercial affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or partner of 888ein;
• Act on your own behalf, without representing third parties, and without using the account for commercial or intermediary purposes.

888ein may at any time request additional documents to confirm a user's eligibility — such as a government-issued ID, driver's license, proof of address, or a selfie with a document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account

Each user may hold only one active account on the 888ein. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, with possible forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

Users are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date — including full name, email, mobile number, and Pix key. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or important communications from the platform.

Your password is your sole responsibility. 888ein will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately to have your account preventively blocked.

4 Deposits

The 888ein accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — settlement within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — processing within minutes for major card brands;
• PicPay — instant transfer via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — instant transfer via digital wallet.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no single universal maximum — per-transaction limits may vary depending on the method selected and are displayed on the deposit screen before confirmation.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Deposits made by third parties or originating from bank accounts in a name other than the registered CPF may be blocked and returned. 888ein is not responsible for any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution during the deposit process.

5 Withdrawals

The primary withdrawal method at 888ein is Pix, processed in under 15 minutes in the vast majority of cases. To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have completed identity verification (KYC);
• Have a registered Pix key — CPF, email, phone number, or random key — linked to a bank account in your own name;
• Respect the minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 30.00 upon request;
• Have no pending bets that would affect the requested balance.

888ein does not charge any fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving bank are the user's responsibility. Bonus withdrawals are subject to the rollover requirements outlined in clause 8 of these Terms.

In cases requiring additional verification, withdrawals may be held for up to 72 business hours while the review is carried out. The user will be notified by email if this occurs and will have the opportunity to submit the necessary documents for release.

6 Sports Betting

The 888ein offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 50 competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB, and e-sports such as CS2, League of Legends, and Valorant.

Once confirmed by the user, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except where the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market. Cash Out allows you to settle a bet before the final result at the value offered at the time of use — this value may be lower or higher than the original potential return, depending on how the event is unfolding.

In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of an event, the following rules will apply:

• Cancellation before kick-off: bets are fully refunded to the user's balance;
• Interruption during the event: bets are refunded, unless the outcome for that specific market had already been determined before the interruption;
• Odds errors: bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled by 888ein, with notice to the user and a full refund of the amount wagered.

The minimum bet per market is R$ 2.00. Maximum limits per bet vary depending on the competition, market, and user profile, and are displayed on the confirmation screen before each bet.

7 Casino, Crash Games & Other Products

The casino products of 888ein — including crash games such as Aviator, Spaceman, and JetX, slots, jackpots, poker, and live casino — are provided by internationally licensed third-party providers such as Spribe, Pragmatic Play, SmartSoft Gaming, and BGaming.

Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) as declared by the provider, available in the game information section within the platform. The outcome of each round is generated by RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms or, in the case of crash games, by Provably Fair systems that are auditable by the user.

The minimum bet in crash games is R$ 1.00 per round. Maximum values are set per game and displayed before confirmation. The auto cashout feature, when available, is an operational convenience — 888ein does not guarantee that auto cashout will execute in all possible technical scenarios, such as connection instability on the user's end.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

The 888ein may offer welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotions at the platform's discretion. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will always be disclosed prior to activation.

The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from the bonus, after the rollover requirement is met, are available for withdrawal;
• The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus value, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses have an expiration date indicated at the time of issuance — expired credits are automatically removed from the wallet;
• Cancelled bets, bets on events abandoned before completion, or bets placed at minimum odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms;
• Using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

888ein reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, including cancelling bonuses for users whose behavior is flagged as promotional abuse by the platform's monitoring systems.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Strictly prohibited on 888ein the following practices:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or for the purpose of bonus abuse;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Any form of bet manipulation, including coordinated betting designed to guarantee a return in any outcome (abusive arbitrage);
• Money laundering or use of the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Use of third-party banking or payment details for deposits or withdrawals;
• Sharing login credentials or transferring account access to third parties;
• Any attempt to systematically exploit technical flaws or odds errors.

10 Account Closure

The user may request the voluntary closure of their account at 888ein at any time, through support available 24 hours a day. After closure, any available balance — minus unconverted bonuses — will be returned via Pix within 5 business days.

888ein may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Prohibited conduct as described in clause 9;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user due to problem gambling;
• Order issued by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

If the account is closed due to a Terms violation, 888ein reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the completion of an internal investigation — with a maximum period of 30 calendar days — and may not return any funds that are the result of prohibited activities.

11 Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

The 888ein processes all users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law — Lei nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD). Data collected — including name, CPF, email, mobile number, banking details, and transaction history — is used exclusively for platform operation, identity verification, payment processing, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the data subject. Sharing with payment partners (such as Pix, PicPay, and Mercado Pago) occurs solely for the purpose of processing transactions requested by the user.

12 Responsible Gambling

The 888ein is committed to responsible gambling practices and provides tools that allow users to maintain control over their activity on the platform:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in your account settings — the system automatically blocks any further deposits once the limit is reached;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount per period — once reached, new bets will be blocked until the next period begins;
• Session time controls: receive automatic alerts and end sessions after the defined period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account suspension for periods of 30, 60, or 90 days, or 6 months, based on the user's needs;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of re-registration using the same CPF.

13 Limitation of Liability

The 888ein is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user, including losses due to bad luck, incorrect analysis, or unsuccessful strategies.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Unplanned technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which 888ein will not be held liable for any indirect losses incurred by the user.

In the event of a technical failure resulting in incorrect crediting of balance or bonuses, 888ein reserves the right to correct the error and reverse any improperly credited amounts, regardless of whether the user has already wagered part or all of those funds.

14 Changes to the Terms

The 888ein may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate legal requirements apply.

The version currently published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top of the document, shall always be the version in effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes full acceptance of the changes.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to Law No. 14,790/2023 (regulating Sports Betting in Brazil), Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), and the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the user and the 888ein shall be submitted to the court of the user's place of domicile in Brazil, as established by the Consumer Protection Code.

888ein operates in compliance with Brazilian sports betting regulations and is subject to oversight by the Ministry of Finance and other competent regulatory bodies.
